Our experience ambassador, or event planner, works with you and your family. Or with you and your friends. He or she will fashion a series of moments and experiences especially for you. Per your specific desires, we bring our considerable creativity, resourcefulness, and originality to the task. This is the time to let your imagination soar. Tell us what you’d like to do or see. Deep sea fishing? An excursion aboard a yacht? A visit to an artist’s studio? A musical performance? Explore ancient ruins? Feel free to ask us for ideas. Fully staffed.

We are delighted to say the Maison is fully, yet discreetly, staffed. To ensure your stay is all that you have imagined and more, you have at your service the Maison Manager, a chef, butler, and a Maitre mixologist. Imagine feeling completely at home while you are pampered like never before. As you need us, we are there to assist. Our staff was trained at a prestigious butler’s academy in London.

A secluded and private getaway.

Our flagship residence is the ultimate in ultra-luxury standards and amenities. At every stage of planning and design we have set the table for the most discriminating and experienced of travelers. This Maison is the first of many more to come.

Your sanctuary away from home is secluded within a gated community. The layout allows and encourages each guest to pursue their interests as they would like without disturbing others. Some days are pure adrenalin; others are pure relaxation. Some days are in between. That’s why our residences have between five and ten rooms. Which means each guest has all the space they need to kick back and relax. Or to work out. Or to read or play music.

We think of the layout as a canvas—it helps us create a different atmosphere for every meal and occasion. The Maison can accommodate from 10 to 20 guests. Each bedroom is en suite with walk-in closets. Expect sumptuous, comfortable mattresses, silken, high-quality linens and amenities that match or surpass luxury hotel standards. There’s a swimming pool, fire pits, a dedicated gym, and a TV room. And a playroom.

Residences by the sea.

Each of our residences has ocean views or are ocean front. Some are on golf courses, with a private beach club and tennis courts. The selection of any residence is based on location, the view, the layout, the number of rooms, and amenities. The quality and décor must always meet strict Alanza standards.

Our chefs are culinary artists; our larder is bursting with fresh, seasonal, delectable fare. We make every effort to ensure the dishes you love the most will be available. Rest assured that the kitchen will accommodate any special dietary requirements that anyone in your party may have.

An extensive, expertly curated wine and spirits list is at hand for the magic hour. Our mixologist stands ready to serve you your favorite; whether it’s a Dry Manhattan, a Napa Valley Chardonnay, an earthy IPA, or a 2014 Montrachet. Our local spirits and signature cocktails are just this side of miraculous. Prepare to imbibe in an intimate setting of supreme comfort and indulgence.

Tasting flights.

Our local experts can lead you through our vast collection of local wines and spirits. In Mexico, there are more than a dozen different spirits from the Agave and other Cactusus. Tequila and Mezcal are only the beginning. Once you arrive back home, you can share your newly acquired knowledge with all your friends. When they ask you why these liquors have taken the world by storm, you will know the story.

Yachting Expedition.

The Alanza team can arrange for you to head out to sea for a few hours, or a few days. A chef and butler will be on board to cater to your every need while underway. Imagine a sumptuous lunch on a secluded beach. Your chef and mixologist will team up to deliver an unforgettable experience. No yachting excursion is complete without live music that sends your spirits skyward as the sun goes down.

The Dinner Experience

As night falls, our team can prepare themed dinners with decorations, chefs, mixologists, music, and performers. Capping the night with fireworks is the icing on the cake.

Backstage tour and flights

The Alanza team has access to some of the best places in town. Golf clubs, exclusive restaurants. Even places that are closed to the public. We can reserve a space to hold a private event just for you and your party. We can fly you to other spots in Mexico to experience one-of-a-kind activities that are only available to us.

Dine Under the Stars.

Prepare yourself for a dining experience that will spark a deep sense of wonder. Dinner is at midnight, in the desert, under a wild blanket of stars. To see and almost touch the cosmos this way is something you will never forget. One of your dinner companions is a guide who knows the night sky, and who will share all things astronomical. Expect to see and hear things you have never known or heard about.

We work with many international celebrities and public figures, any of whom can join your party for a special lunch or dinner.
